2462222 - 'personRelationshipType' picklist values are not appearing in the drop-down list while enrolling for benefits - Employee Central

While enrolling into benefits we are able to enroll dependents, however the 'personRelationshipType' Picklist field drop does not populate the value from the dependent record.

ESS -> Enroll into Benefits. Add Dependent during Enrolment.
Result: The personRelationshipType Picklist field dropdown does not populate the value from the dependent record

Mis-configuration of personRelationshipType and relationShipType picklist or picklist value codes.

The expected picklist for Benefits is "relationShipType", so the configuration needs to be adjusted:

• The picklist for the field 'relationship-type' in personRelationshipInfo in Manage usiness Configuration should be 'personRelationshipType'. - Custom Picklist is not supported for this configuration. 
• The picklist for the field "relationShipType" in Benefit objects (such as "BenefitInsuranceDependentDetail" and "Insurance Dependent Type") should be 'relationShipType'.
  
• The External Code for each value in both picklists must be the same for the Dependents relationship type to work in conjunction with EC Global benefits.
