Symptom

After executing a URI which is using Delta Query, an exception occurs:

"In the context of data services an unknown internal server error occurred"

In the error log (/IWFND/ERROR_LOG) the following appears:

"Exception CX_PARAMETER_INVALID_RANGE occurred"
