2462455 - Troubleshooting for "OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED" error when displaying BPO Dashboard in Solution Manager 7.1

Within SAP Solution Manager 7.1, attempting to display a BPO dashboard panel with an assigned Analytical Key Figure instance that does not exist in the system results in the following shortdump occurring:

What happened?
        Error in the ABAP Application Program

       The current ABAP program "/1BCWDY/VPMEYQA0QNEXJOZUIJ7S==CP" had to be
       terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Information on where terminated
       Termination occurred in the ABAP program  "/1BCWDY/VPMEYQA0QNEXJOZUIJ7S==CP" -
       in "SUPPLY_AKF".
       The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".

       In the source code you have the termination point in line 621
       of the (Include) program "/1BCWDY/B_VPMEYESZCC1GZUT6SL6I".

       Termination occurred in a Web Dynpro application
