2462469 - How to send only one calendar invite for multi segments in a class?

• Is there a way to send only one calendar invite for multiple segments in a class?
• The class has multiple segments in a day and when registering a user, it triggers multiple calendar invites. We would like to send only one calendar invite for all the segments.

1. Create a class with multiple segments >
2. Enroll a user in the class >
3. Notice the user will receive a calendar invite for each segment of the class separately.

To send a single calendar invite for multiple segments of a class, disable the "Send Vcalendar attachments as Calendar Invite" setting by following the below steps:

• Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings >
• Select the "Mail" tab > Search for "Send Vcalendar attachments as Calendar Invite" >
• Uncheck it > Click "Apply Changes".
