Symptom

Which workflow governs the appearance of the Add button?  Addbutton.png

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Cause

  • Search workflow governs the appearance of the button regardless of domain restrictions.
  • The next search window that appears after clicking this button determines which Search workflow enables or hides it.

Resolution

  1. Using an admin with All role, navigate to the screen with the green add button you want to show or disable.
  2. Click or press, and note the next screen which appears.
  3. Check or remove the search workflow of the noted next screen.

NOTE: This only hides this button from appearing on the desired screen, however there may be other ways to add the same function this button is designed to shortcut.
