Symptom
A permissions error occurs when a user, aliased as dbo, attempts to replace a stored procedure created by 'sa', using the "CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE" command:
Msg 10389, Level 14, State 1:
Server 'XXXX', Procedure 'dbo.test_p', Line 4:
Permission denied. You must be the object owner to replace the definition of 'test_p'.
