2462683 - Validating incorrect syntax for lookup_ext() crashes Designer - Data Services

Symptom

  • Validation should only throw a syntax error.
  • Instead crashes Designer.
  • Occurs when validating a script or query transform mapping that has invalid syntax.
  • Only crashes Designer if incorrect syntax is in: <return_column_list>, <condition_list>, or <orderby_column_list> 
  • Example: lookup_ext ([salesorderdetail."C:\dsdata\\salesorderdetail.txt", 'PRE_LOAD_CACHE', 'MAX'], [ProductID], [ NULL ], [SalesOrderID, '=', 43659], [c1,c3,c4], [$a,$b,$c], [<sql_override>])
