2462720 - Unable to navigate from demo notification in Fiori Launchpad to My Inbox

Symptom

In Fiori Launchpad, when clicking the notification which is created by Transaction Code /N/IWNGW/BEP_DEMO, it displays the error "Could not open app. Please try again later".

Open development tool in Chrome (Press F12), you can see the information as below:

Failed to resolve navigation target: "#Action-toappstatesample?PurchaseOrderId=236400&PurchaseOrderVendor=PARTNER_137" - Could not resolve navigation target sap.ushell.renderers.fiori2.Shell.controller.
