2462742 - DB6: Internal Server Error when displaying lock-waits in dbacockpit (webdynpro)

Symptom

You get "500 SAP Internal Server Error" error when choosing "Performance => Lock Waits and Deadlocks" in Web Dynpro DBACOCKPIT.

In backend (abap), the following runtime error happens.
