2462779 - Readiness rating scale not showing when nominating in Talent Search, Nomination Portlet, or Talent Card

The Readiness rating values are not showing when nominating users in Talent Search.

1. Go to Succession > Talent Search;
2. Select the desired filters and search;
3. In the results page, select the target user(s) for nomination > Click "Nominate" in the action bar;
4. The Readiness rating scale is empty, not displayed:

 

This issue may be caused by a missing scale for Readiness or wrong/incomplete configuration for Readiness scale created in the instance.

In the Succession Org Chart, the Readiness scale may be showing, when nominating for users/positions, as the Readiness scale is defined in the Org Chart XML on Provisioning. The other areas of the application (Talent Search, Talent Pools, Employee Profile...) use the Readiness scale defined in the Admin Center. Therefore, you may see the scale working in Succession Org Chart, but not showing in the other areas not using the definition from Provisioning.

To show the Readiness scale correctly across the application, it is necessary to match the values and labels in the Admin Center and Org Chart XML.

The Readiness scale must also be correctly configured to work properly in Talent Search. For instance with a Readiness scale not defined, you can follow below steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > Rating Scales;
2. Create a new scale;
3. The rating scale must be defined with label "Readiness";
4. Define the values and labels for the scale;
5. Save.

If there is already a Readiness scale defined for the instance, it is necessary to verify the scale configuration:

1. Go to Admin Center > Rating Scales;
2. Open the Readiness scale;
3. Verify the configuration for the scale:
1. The scale label is defined as "readiness":

NOTE: The scale must be defined with label Readiness, not readiness, as it is case sensitive.

2. The scale labels, or translations are not defined:

4. Correct the issue;
5. Save the changes;
6. The Readiness scale will show correctly, when nomination on Talent Search:
