2462824 - DMO: "sql error -10802" occurred in upgrade phase PARCONV_UPG

Symptom

SUM process is terminated in the upgrade phase PARCONV_UPG.

The error message below is reported in the log file PARCONV.LOG:

1EETQ399 Unhandled entries found in inactive nametab:
2EETQ399 Modeflag 'U' appears 1 times

The following info is found in the log file TOOLOUT.LOG (T056A is an example here).
