2462824 - DMO: "sql error -10802" occurred during phase PARCONV_UPG

Symptom

The following error report in SAPup_troubleticket.log when running upgrade with DMO option of SUM.

SAPup broke during phase PARCONV_UPG in module MAIN_NEWBAS / Downtime II: Conversion, Main Import, XPRAs
Error Message: Last error code set: Unhandled mode flags found, check 'PARCONV.LOG' for details


When checking 'PARCONV.LOG', you can find the following error:

1EETQ399 Unhandled entries found in inactive nametab:
2EETQ399 Modeflag 'U' appears 1 times

Then check the TOOLOUT.LOG to determine the related table which is holding this unhandled modeflag.

You can see the following information in the log. The related table is T056A in this example.

Then checking this table with SE14, you will see the conversion of this table is terminated in step 2.

Click the "Analysis Adjustment" button, you can see the details and find dump occurred at the same time.

Click the "Display Messages" button, and "Start" button in the next screen, you will get the dump details.

And you will get more details of the error in the related developer trace file.
