2463172 - RPCBURZ0 causes errors in other programs

Symptom

You make changes to customer include RPCBURZ0 in order to add a new operation / function to your payroll schema. You add the necessary code in RPCBURZ0 and the data definition in RPCFDCZ0.
The new code is working for your payroll driver e.g. RPCALCE0, but the changes are causing errors in other country specific reports e.g.: H**CALC0 / RPCALC*0 when those programs are transported and generated:

Program HCOCALC0, Include PCASFCO0: Syntax error in line 000245 FORM 'FUXXXXX' does not exist

Program HEGCALC0, Include PCASFEG0: Syntax error in line 000245 FORM 'FUXXXXX' does not exist

Program HKWCALC0, Include PCASFKW0: Syntax error in line 000245 FORM 'FUXXXXX' does not exist

Program HPLCALC0, Include PCASFPL0: Syntax error in line 000245 FORM 'FUXXXXX' does not exist

Program HSKCALC0, Include PCASFSK0: Syntax error in line 000245 FORM ''FUXXXXX' does not exist
