Symptom
- Customer recently upgraded SMP 3.0 SP10 to SMP 3 SP 12.
- Back End tab in Application section of SMP is blank.
- SAP Error displayed during initial sync of the application: "PASSWORD LOGON NO LONGER POSSIBLE - TOO MANY FAILED ATTEMPTS"
