2463287 - Password Logon No Longer Possible - Too Many Failed Attempts error in SAP Work Manager

Symptom

  • Customer recently upgraded SMP 3.0 SP10 to SMP 3 SP 12.
  • Back End tab in Application section of SMP is blank.
  • SAP Error displayed during initial sync of the application: "PASSWORD LOGON NO LONGER POSSIBLE - TOO MANY FAILED ATTEMPTS"
