2463481 - Batch Neutral setting does not work during WT creation

Symptom

  • In the Storage Type, "Available Quantity Batch" is set to "1 - Batch Neutral"
  • Batch determination selection criteria is defined in ECC system
  • When WT is created batch field is populated, user expected it to be blank.
