Symptom

One user tries to access transaction ST03(n) but this is not possible. The actual error scenario may vary, being the most frequent ones:

  • GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED short dump.
  • CALL_TRANSACTION_NOT_FOUND short dump.
  • "Internal error in tree structure" error.
