2463548 - Cash flow is not consistent when you change condition unit price from 31st of one month

Symptom

In T-code RECN, a condition which has the unit price changed on 31st of the month, and the calculation method is set as "30 days for every month".

Checking the cash flow, it is not calculated from 01st to 30th but from 01st to 29th.
