2463622 - Deletion of customizing texts in /ui5/TREP_TEXT_T not possible

Symptom

You are using transaction SE63 to remove custom texts from /UI5/TREP_TEXT_T. As soon as the z entry is deleted from the table, the text is saved as standard text. If you save again (a second time) the z translation appears again in the table, but with the same text as the standard entry.
