2463749 - How to increase TM Message Settings?

Symptom

This function allows users to set filters for messages shown on the TM UI or stored in the application log for a user or a role. It helps with troubleshooting and provides more insights compared to when the message is not displayed on the UI.

Tipical issues when the message settings are not correct or missing:

  • after performing actions on the UI user observes that nothing happens or the action is not performed (for example,'Send to Carrier' action is not performed)
  • after changing the document, clicking on 'save' only information message is shown: 'Data is not changed' or 'Save not required'
  • an expected error or warning message is not displayed
