2463891 - No response from AlertServer after TREX upgrade

Symptom

After upgrading TREX from revision between 54 and 58 to a revision higher than 58 an alert "24003; No response from AlertServer or an internal error occurred in the AlertServer" is shown in TREXADMIN.

TrexAlertServer.trc shows similar alert:

File "alertserver.py", line 1206, in makeNotYetRunResult
T_CHECK_ID : DEFAULTS[T_NSCHKS_CHECKS][check][T_CHECK_ID],
KeyError: 'landscape_suspended'
