You use singlecopy option according to Note 446485 - CC-ADMIN: Special copying options:
Point 15. SINGLECOPY - Copying tables with 'S' exclusion mode in advance.
But in SCC3 log, there is no entry like "Table XXX is copied in individual copy mode by process XXX", which means the singlecopy option does not work.
