2463939 - Users Subscription Total Purchased Volume Equals 0

Symptom

You noticed that the Total Purchased Volume field is populated with the value 0, even though you have purchased licenses.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service Control Center work center -> Users Subscription view -> Counted User Overview subview.
  2. Total Purchased Volume appears as 0.

Cause

You are checking the Total Purchased Volume for a Test system.

SAP only considers licenses purchased for Productive systems.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior of the SAP Cloud for Customer.
