2464007 - Standard Dashboard Tile Successors by Role, Stacked by Readiness (MDF non-EC) and (MDF with EC) does not work or shows no data

Successors by Role, Stacked by Readiness (MDF non-EC) Standard dashboard tile only shows the "There is no data to visualize" message whichever filter value is used.

The Adhoc report responsible for providing data for chart visualization (TileReport Successors by Role and Readiness) does not have any data in the column Incumbent Role Name (This column is used as the first group by column in the pivot function of the model) .
The absence of data for this column results in an empty chart.

Job Roles must be used in the instance.  It is a pre-requisite to have the Incumbent Role Name field populated with data.

- The tile with stacked column ("Successors by Role, Stacked by Readiness") groups data by Role. If there are no roles, then the chart will not work. It cannot be fixed as it is one of the dimensions in the chart.
