2464142 - Postal code related errors in SUS vendor replication

Symptom

You are replicating a vendor from ECC or SRM to the SUS system. The incoming SupplierPortalTradingPartner_CreateOrChange_In XML message fails in SUS. In the Trace section of the XML message you find any of the following errors:

E:AM:202 - Postal code must have length XXX
E:AM:204 - Postal code can only contain numbers
E:AM:219 - Enter a postal code
