  • Support team could not be determined AI_CRM_IM_MESSAGE 007
  • Determination rule CRM_DNO_1 (technical name AC13200137) or determination rule AGS_ICT (technical name AC35000139).
  • Support Team and Processor dependency doesn't work in Fiori app "Resolve and Dispatch Incidents"
  • Processing AI_SDK_TEAM_MAIL_DET is started
