Symptom
Some SAP process (e.g. message server, dispatcher, gateway, icman, work process, etc.) was killed by external program or operating system on Windows. Sometimes the signal could be written in the trace file like SIGINT, SIGKILL, SIGTERM and etc. Sometimes there is nothing shown in the trace file. However the kill action was not intended to be executed. You want to find out who killed the SAP process externally.
