2464838 - Stock was not posted automatically after usage decision is made in QA11

In transaction QA11 the usage decision was made, but stock posting has not occurred automatically. The Posting proposal UD is set in the usage decision code, for example to VMENGE01, if you would like to post to unrestricted use.
