2464867 - HCM Picklist Blank in NES or Panels - Onboarding 1.0

BizX Picklist is showing Empty. Not all picklists are affected.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

• Access any Panel where Picklist is showing empty list
• Same can be observed from Previewing a Panel also

Incorrect mapping in Picklist file.

If not all picklist are empty , it means connection with BizX is working fine but issue can be with Picklist file.

1. Login to bizX => Admin center
2. Picklist management
3. Download picklist file
4. Check for the picklist which is showing as empty
5. Make sure , text/label under Locales are defined

If any of the locale has value for eg en_UK has text/label defined , change the default locale for a test candidate to en_UK and access the panel again and check if Text/label is visible or not
