2464872 - Issue with PAR files migration in MIGRATE-FILE-SYSTEM-DATA phase of Upgrade

JAVA stack upgrade using Software Update Manager (SUM) with target Netweaver 7.3 or higher, stops with errors in MIGRATE-FILE-SYSTEM-DATA.

Note: This error could occur for any par file. The attached logs are just an example.
