2464904 - Employee is Unable to Send Feedback in CPM

• A user, not granted the Continuous Performance Management (CPM) permissions, is trying to respond to a feedback request in the production instance in relation to the CPM module.
• When the user clicks on the "send" button a pop-up error message occurs:
