2464944 - SUM throws java.lang.NullPointerException in BUILD-COMPONENT-LIST-UPG for CUSTOM components when migrate option is selected

Symptom

During upgrade or update SUM shows java.lang.NullPointerException error in step BUILD-COMPONENT-LIST-UPG for CUSTOM components when migrate option is selected

----Trouble Ticket Report------

An error occured during the execution of Build Component List for Upgrade of action configure.
Service com.sap.sdt.j2ee.services.servicesimpl.ModifyQueueService failed with the following message:

java.lang.NullPointerException

Increase the severity as per KBA 1838153 and check DETEC.TRC to find components as follows, you notice that when reading source information before migrating it returns null value
