2465146 - Adopted / Retrofitted software components: Why are start release components missing from the target stack?

Symptom

  • Symptom A:

You want to install a component in SAINT and you get an error message: "Component XXX is already retrofitted into component version XXX":

  • Symptom B:

    You have created a stack XML on Maintenance Planner (MP)
    After checking the Stack XML you cannot find some start release components in the target stack.
