2465162 - Execution history of all the tasks which generated the failed data won't be saved in IS_FD_RUN_HISTORY

Symptom

  • Execute task for score calculation which generate failed data through CMC
  • Only the first execution of the task will be save in IS_FD_RUN_HISTORY
  • Task execution database log showed information below
    "Optimizer: Subtask [subtask id=***] has last ran at ***. It is still inside the optimization period (1 hours). It will not be re-run. (TSK-10011)"
