ERROR message:  You Cannot Change the Accrual Frequency Because There are Already Time Account Details Posted of Type Accrual or type Recalculation

Try changing the accrual frequency of the time account type and the below error is thrown. 

It is not supported to change the frequency of the time account type if it is already in use or if the recalculation already exists within the time account type. 

Users must create new time account type instead of changing the frequency of an existing. 

Then this new time account type can then be assigned to the new time type.

Also users can change the frequency of time account types that are NOT in use.
