2465427 - Why does target Retrofit TR have no objects listed? - Solution Manager

Symptom

  • Retrofit creates ToC for auto import
  • Retrofit successfully processes to the indicated Transport Request as indicated by Retrofit:
    retrofitted.png
  • ChaRM logs show the retrofit occurred to the correct target TR:
    transportLogs.png
  • Checking the target transport request shows that no objects are contained there:
    objectListEmpty.png
  • Changes do exist on the Retrofit system though TR has no objects
  • Retrofit request has empty object list
