2465442 - Unable to Save Configuration UI Rule

When I click save after creating a UI rule, nothing happens.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Configuration UI;
2. Choose existing UI or create a new one for Payment Information;
   
   
   
   
3. Go to Manage UI Rules;
   
   
   
   
4. Add a new rule or edit one of the existing;
5. Add Rule Name and add an If and Then condition (alternatively it can be an always true rule) > Click Save;
   
   
6. The page does not save the changes.

There are two possible causes for this behavior:

1. Currently when you include a Boolean type selection in the UI rule, the condition in the rule does not recognize the value that appears in the Yes/No drop down.
   
   
   
   
2. There is a IF condition left blanked.
   
   

For the first case, the dropdowns will be filled by default when you select the parameter you would like to change. Even if all those default values are the ones you want in this rule, you must click on the dropdown and select the value. You can see that the color of the default value is black, and once you select it, it becomes blue. The rule will be saved only when the values are blue. Engineering are working on this and we will update this KBA when the fix is confirmed for it.

For the second cause, the system will not allow save the UI if the IF conditions is not filled, then need to be filled or keep as "Always True".
