2465524 - Errors During Replication of Business Partners from ERP

You are receiving the following errors in your HCI/PI during replication of Business Partners from SAP ERP to C4C

Inbound processing in endpoint at https://<tenantURL>.crm.ondemand.com:443/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/businesspartnererpreplicationi failed with message "Fault:Response was of unexpected text/html ContentType. Incoming portion of HTML stream: (none)"

In HCI/PI logs you find the error as described above

This error might have different causes as described below

1) You are using the wrong Communication Arrangement in C4C

You are using the Communication Arrangement Business Partner Replication from SAP Business Suite which is for SAP CRM integration.

The correct communication arrangement for SAP ERP is Business Partner Replication from SAP ERP

2) You are using the application protocol Web Service Reliable Messaging 1.1

In your communication arrangement, you have set the application protocol Web Service Reliable Messaging 1.1 (WSRM)

To check it, follow the steps below

1. Go to Application and User Management and select Communication Arrangements
2. Search for Business Partner Replication from SAP ERP and edit the same
3. Select Technical Data tab
4. Find the field Application Protocol
5. The option selected is WSRM

Correct the points as mentioned in section above.

If the error has a different cause that is not listed here you should raise an case to SAP identify the cause.
