2465543 - sp_showcontrolinfo shows incorrect value in scope column for a "AP" binding

• sp_showcontrolinfo shows incorrect value in scope column for a "AP" binding. The value should NULL instead of a user name.
• This only happened when the previous row is a "LG" binding type and next row is a "AP" binding type. And the AP binding row has NULL value in the scope.
