How to create a rule to display email address in documents generated via document generation feature.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Resolution
- Create a new rule
- Base object DocumentMappingRuleResult
- Add a parameter Email Information
- Create the logic as per below screenshot. GenericString4 in the THEN condition is a field from DocumentMappingRuleResult Object definition.
You can create different rules for other email types too.

Add above rules under Manage Document Template Mapping Page:
- Admin center
- Manage Document Template Mapping
- Choose respective template
- Assign rule to the respective placeholder
