Symptom
When opening the Time Statement of an employee in the Time Administration work center, the values for Day Balances and Credited columns are not available and not displayed.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Time Administration work center.
- Go to Employees view and mark the line of an employee.
- Choose the View Time Statement button.
- Select the concerned period.
- Choose the Preview button.
Although values for Working Time exist in the Start and End columns, the values for Day Balances and Credited columns are missing.
Cause
No Working Time Account is assigned to the Time Profile of this employee. Only with an assigned Working Time Account, the Credited column shows the number of hours that are credited to this Time Account, and the Daily Balance column shows the daily balance of the Time Account after time has been credited to or debited from it.
Resolution
- Go to Time Administration work center.
- Go to Employees view.
- Find an employee and choose Edit.
- Go to the Time Profile tab.
- Mark the line of the current Time Profile.
- Assign a Working Time Account with a Time Account Rule that specifies how the balance calculation is done.
