2465713 - Manager is synced from position to job information even though 'No' is selected in the sync pop up

• When editing the Higher Level Position from Position Org Chart, even if you select  the option "NO" in the pop up "Do you want to sync the position data as of DD/MM/YYYY to the following incumbents? ", the system is creating a new record under Job Information.
