2465789 - ESI - ST_CONSTRAINT_MAXLENGTH dump for CL_WS_PAYLOAD_HANDLER

Symptom

The deserialization of XML files for proxy objects (for example: Web Service payload) fail with a constraint error. As the case data exceeds the maxLength given in the schema data type.

The following dump is raised:

Except.                CX_ST_CONSTRAINT_ERROR

In the dump, it can be seen that the Termination occurred in the Simple Transformation Program '<Simple Transformation Key>'.
