Resolution

  • Support is predominately focused on system malfunctions or bugs rather than providing consulting to our customers. In principle, consulting issues or how to requests are dealt with on our Community Area on the Support Portal or handled by a member of the Professional Services team.
  • In case there is a requirement to create a custom report/tile it is possible to contact the professional services as per KBA 2149831.
