2466293 - "PI Adapter Engine for AEX" cannot be found

One want to run the "PI Adapter Engine for AEX" configuration wizard as described in SAP Note 1525614 - Configuration Wizard: PI Adapter Engine for AEX, but the wizard does not appear in the dropdown list in NetWeaver Administrator.
