The CrystalWebViewer control doesn't consider the z-depth when overlaying multiple elements on each other:
We have use-cases where an on-demand sub-report can't be clicked although it's situated in the foreground, because of the the underlying element taking precedence. This doesn't happen with the CrystalFormViewer control.
