In transaction ST06 old transaction, such as the below image, you do not see history data available for one or more application servers of your system.
You can see this in the transaction ST06 (old) by going to Daily Averages - Last 30 Days and clicking on Display Across Servers. The below screen will be displayed and here you can detect whether all application servers are shown.
