2467280 - Error "table import failed: [0] No error" when import a table from another system via SQL

Symptom

After export a table from one system and import it from a certain destination folder of another system, during import via SQL, it fails with error:

Could not execute 'import <owner>.<table> as binary from '<folder>' with catalog only no dependencies' in <mm:ss.sss> minutes .
SAP DBTech JDBC: [2048]: column store error: table import failed: [0] No error  

Upon check of indexserver.trc, it contains the error entries:

ImportExport ImportExport.cpp(08698) : Error on reading create statement during adding dependencies, Index: <target_SID>::<owner>:<index> (t 0)

OR

ImportExport ImportExport.cpp(08669) : failed to read RowStoreDependency of object[<target_SID>::<owner>:<table> (t 0)]
ImportExport ImportExport.cpp(08019) : Import has failed to build import list with dependencies
