2467405 - MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump with AM 615 / AM 616 error when editing user in SU01 / SU10

Symptom

When editing the communication data of a user in transaction SU01 a short dump is returned with the Runtime error MESSAGE_TYPE_X
and message AM 616 "For end times, the time 23:59:59 has to be transmitted, not 00:00:00".
Or with error message AM 615 "For start times, the time 00:00:00 has to be transmitted, not 23:59:59".
