2467583 - Process is running continuously when creating webi report from BI Launchpad in BI 4.2 SP3

Symptom

  • Not able to create webi report from BI Launch pad based on exsiting universe.
  • Once you select universe in launchpad, the process runs endlessly.
  • Error "The action cannot be performed (Error :INF)" while opening the existing report from Launchpad.
  • No issue seen in rich client or at universe level.
