You are performing an update using the Software Update Manager (SUM).

1. During phase PREP_INPUT_CHECK/READDATA_EXP you receive the following error.

    Missing archive type 'DBATOOLS.SAR' for OS <x> and DB type 'ORACLE'
    Add it to the download directory "<Download path>".  

      Or during Phase "PREP_INPUT_CHECK/SUBMOD_KERNEL_SCAN_TOOLCHK_PRE/KERNEL_DBATOOLS", you receive the following error.
