  4. Select Open Activity List
  5. Navigate to the Go-Live tab

Cause

You may have done changes in the scoping to change the usage of Territories from Multi-Territory to Single Territory, that is, in the Scoping Element Territory Management, you may have deselected the scoping question Do you want to assign an account to more than one territory?

This Business Configuration scoping change is being rejected by Territory Management since this becomes incompatible in scenarios where there is more than one Territory assigned to even one of the Accounts.

Resolution

To do such a scoping change, you must ensure that every Account should not have more than one Territory assigned.

If you are using Realignment Runs, then you must ensure that the Rules are adjusted so that no Account has more than one Territory and Realignment executed.
Only after this condition is satisfied, the system would allow changing a Multi-Territory functionality to Single Territory.
